Happy customers validate WCSC for quality, fun and value for money
To find out what our sailors and parents think about WCSC, we recently conducted
a web survey, enquiring about all aspects of their experience with WCSC and
looking for input into improvement areas. The results were both surprising and
insightful.
Asked about overall satisfaction, an amazing 97% declared being satisfied
or extremely satisfied with WCSC! Other highlights include....
* Quality of sailing instruction - 94% ranked us good or great
* Easy access location and off-road parking - 100% ranked us good or great
* Number of days/class sessions - 95% ranked us good or great
* Number of hours/day - 92% ranked us good or great
Feedback from the survey is also helping us prioritize areas of improvement suggested; easier registration process in particular came across as need along with improved information flow to parents during classes. - Watch this space for updates in these areas, we are working to improve based on your feedback!
We asked sailors and parents a free form question to provide their feedback, here is a sampling of typical comments:

WCSC is all about sailing for everyone. We endeavor to deliver fun, learning and a sense of community in a safe environment in which 100% of our instructors are US Sailing certified.
Our Center is under the leadership of our excellent Executive Director, Cappy Capper, one of only three people in the country certified Level II Master Coach Trainer and the only one in the region.
