About the event
Welcome Early Childhood Scholars & families! Looking forward to celebrating the school year with a family outing on Lake Minnetonka. Matthew and Allison Thompson (Gus's parents) have been both staff and community members at Wayzata Sailing for many years, and are excited to host our area Early Childhood Education centers/schools for some fun and a unique evening outing. Sailing is an incredible way to experience the outdoors and certainly a love of their family. Please RSVP! Optional donation will display at checkout, but please don't feel obligated. Wayzata Sailing is a 501c3 nonprofit, putting out over $240,000 in free outdoor programming annually. We appreciate any extra help getting more kids out on the lake!
Party Plan:
Site is open 4-7pm, with WS staff running sailing rides, helping board, and making sure PFDs are secure.
Please bring your own (nut and peanut free) dinner, lawn games, or blanket to help enjoy your lakeside…
