STAFF
Safety - Fun - Learning
The majority of our staff comes directly from our programing. Engrained with the values that give us a sense of place that isn't necessarily found in other sailing programs. If students are safe, and having fun, learning comes easily. As an accredited US Sailing Community Sailing Center, our staff proudly meets strict training requirements in both safety and instruction.

2026 Junior Instructors & Kinder Staff
New system this year! As we continue to grow, we want to better respect your time—and recognize the efforts of those who go above and beyond to make this experience exceptional for everyone. This year, we’re excited to introduce a new system to help things run more smoothly. Follow along as we help you chart the course ahead! Here’s how to get started: 1. Register for a Race Camp 2. Select “Junior Instructor/Kinder” as your AM option 3. Reserve May 4th, 4–8 PM for interviews, on-the-water sailing, and classroom practicals. 4. Following interview day, candidates will receive confirmed placements. This may be in Kinder Sailing (paid), Junior Instruction (volunteer), or a brief pause as we take another summer in programming to prepare. Why the extra steps? Junior Instruction is about being prepared for employment as an instructor. This process gives us a chance to practice together, build readiness, and ensure everyone is set up for success.
