Junior Instructors represent the next stage of life skills learning at Wayzata Sailing. Our staff is primarily drawn and trained from our community of students and sailors, so start early. Offering training in critical job skills like time cards, responsibility, customer service, safety practices, and certification. Enter the workforce prepared while spending your summer on the lake supporting the sailing community you love. Junior instructors will shadow certified instructors, practice teaching skills, and prepare themselves for future instructor certification in a confidence inspiring but hands-on environment.
