Show up for your community and help us keep the fun going all year round! This year we celebrate our 20th anniversary and want to make our biggest splash yet! We couldn't have done it without the continuous and generous support of our community. Help us reach a new level of programming this year through our annual sponsorships. Signature Event Sponsorships
Join us at one of our 4 signature events! These are our biggest fundraisers and community events. Celebrate our dedicated community while getting in touch with new members.
Summer
Windward: Our biggest fundraiser of the year! Join us for family fun in the morning with a fair & lawn games, bring the family on the boat in the afternoon for the Slocum regatta, and finish the day off with the adults only lakeside concert, dinner, and silent auction. Reach over 4,000 households through ad placements, email blasts, events, and social media. August 9th.
Late Autumn
Boo Bash Dash: The spooktacular event of the season! Participants come out in costume to run anything from the Family Fun 1 Mile Run to the competitive 10k Race. Elsewhere your community's young engineers will be souping up pumpkins on wheels to compete in the Pumpkin Derby!

Winter
Midwinter Series: Keep up the fun all winter long! The boats are in storage but we’re still coming out to play. Various events throughout the winter will keep our community active. Featuring everything from casual movie nights to comprehensive racing rules seminars.

Program Sponsorships
Get involved with our outreach community programs! Reaching more sailors every year, these programs seek to advance the growth of women's sailing and adaptive sailing, create community for those in addiction recovery, and encourage youth participation and interest in STEM and the local environment.
Adaptive
Our longstanding Adaptive program serves all physical and mental ability levels using specialty equipped boats to meet a variety of needs. We create programs that are tailored to the needs of each participant. Most recently our program has formed a partnership with Twin Cities Blind Sailing, progressing a mission to develop racing skills in visually impaired racing teams. Help us spread the joy of sailing to all!
WAVES
Formerly known as GirlTalk and Minnesota Women’s Sailing Team. Wayzata Sailing reintroduces WAVES - Women and Various Expressions Sailing. Open to all women, trans, and non-binary identities. All skill levels are welcome. Join us as we help create community amongst groups historically excluded from our sport. Help us make waves and promote our mission of Sailing for Everyone!
Single Event Sponsorships
Join us for an event of your choice in the summer.
Come out to a casual community event and reach a brand new audience. We'll be in downtown Wayzata giving boat rides during the Wayzata Art Experience city wide event!
Interested in something more intense? Join us at a regatta. Regattas are where we come to compete. All day youth racing for teams across Minnesota and the Midwest area. Fun filled fast paced sailing. Our community shows up and shows out to support the competition. Help us create life-long memories for our community!
